Zodiac signs and their Beauty Diet...!!

Science may not believe it but according to astrology, every zodiac sign has its own influence on person's personality, nature, body, temperament etc. This is because every zodiac has its ruler element.

You may know about 12 zodiac signs, but do you know about its elements? There are four elements:  Fire, Earth, Air and Water. There are three signs per each element.

Fire signs: Aries, Leo, Saggitarius
Fire represents the desire of life. These people are energetic, spontaneous, creative and impulsive. In negative side, they can become selfish, angry when unable to gandle their own energy.

Earth signs: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
These people place their feet firmly on ground. They work hard to turn dream into reality. Ambition, endurance, sensuous, procrastination, preservance are their characteristics.

Air signs: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
Air signs represents the communication and mind. They are intellectual, curious, communicative, and in negatively side, restless, nervous.

Water signs: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces
Water represents the realm of emotions. These people are highly sensitive to their environment. They have mastery over psyche of not only their own but others too. They are compassionate, nurturing, imaginative, sexual, intuition and in negative tend to go into depression or escapism.



I browsed many websites and found that each zodiac sign has their own eating habits and I compiled few tips of should / shouldn't in respect of food and eating habits. Here are these:

Fire Signs: Don't waste your energy

Aries, Leo & Saggitarius
  • Should Eat: They need to eat food with cooling factor for maintaining their liver and kidney health. For example, cucumber, spinach, figs, olives, banana, brown rice, pumpkins, lentils, wholegrain breads and cereals etc.
  • Shouldn't eat: Avoid spicy food as it trigger fire in body. Avoid salt and alcohol.


Earth Signs: Take light food

Taurus, Virgo & Capricorn
  • Should Eat: Eat iodized salt to have healthy thyroid. Fruits, Vegetables with spices, salads, flaxseeds, lemon juice, sprouts, suits etc. For bones health, can have tofu and toned milk.
  • Shouldn't eat: They tend to gain weight with age. Avoid dairy, meat, rich and spicy food, heavy spices.



Air Signs: Take oil rich food

Gemini, Libra & Aquarius
  • Should Eat: They need to eat food that support their nervous system and keep them in good mood. Eat oats, almonds, raisins, grapes, apples, oranges, garlic and ginger, tomatoes etc. They should also eat seafood to have omega 3.
  • Shouldn't eat: They tend to have mood swings. They should avoid alcohol, coffee, root vegetables like potato and refined sugar.




Water Signs: Avoid the oil

Cancer, Scorpio & Pisces
  • Should Eat: They need to eat food that supports their blood, liver and brain functions (emotional health). They should eat wheat, rice, natural sugars, vegan, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, steamed salads, etc.
  • Shouldn't eat: Avoid coffee, yeasty food, sweets, anything in excess as they are prone to be addictive.

Rice Water.. a new miracle in beauty industry..!!

Rice is essential part of our food pallatte since ages but little did we know it works miraculously for our beauty.
